Mit diesen Daten k\u00f6nnen die Konstruktionsergebnisse mit mehr Pr\u00e4zision vorhergesagt werden und die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Fertigungsprozesses im Rahmen der Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle wird somit erleichtert. Die gemeinsamen Herausforderungen in diesen Bereichen haben zu einer anhaltenden Nachfrage nach einer genauen Charakterisierung und Messung der dielektrischen Eigenschaften gef\u00fchrt. Die Parameter eines Materials, wie beispielsweise seine Dielektrizit\u00e4tskonstante und magnetische Permeabilit\u00e4t, werden in der Regel mit speziellen Messger\u00e4ten wie Vektornetzwerkanalysatoren, Impedanzanalysatoren und Induktivit\u00e4ts-, Kapazit\u00e4ts- und Widerstandsmessger\u00e4ten (LCR-Messger\u00e4ten) zusammen mit Algorithmus-Software und speziellen
