2. You must comply with the Cybersecurity Law and other applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China when using SIGLENT’s Services. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to uploading, displaying, posting, disseminating, or transmitting any of the following:

  (1) Content opposing constitutional principles;
  (2) Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
  (3) Content harming national honor or interests;
  (4) Content inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermining national unity;
  (5) Content violating state religious policies or promoting cults or feudal superstitions;
  (6) Content spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or destabilizing society;
  (7) Content disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or criminal incitement;
  (8) Content defaming or infringing upon others’ lawful rights;
  (9) Content containing false, harmful, coercive, privacy-invasive, harassing, infringing, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable material;
       (10) Any malicious software or program code (including but not limited to viruses, trojans, and web crawlers) that may disrupt, tamper with, delete, or otherwise impair the normal operation of SIGLENT’s computer systems, or that enables unauthorized access to SIGLENT’s platforms and user data/personal information;
  (11) Other content prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, or legally binding norms.

3. You must adhere to the following internet principles:

  (1) Compliance with laws and regulations;
  (2) Upholding the socialist system;
  (3) Safeguarding national interests;
  (4) Protecting citizens’ lawful rights;
  (5) Maintaining public order;
  (6) Preserving moral standards;
  (7) Ensuring information authenticity.

VI. No Guarantees or Warranties

1. This website and its content are provided for convenience only. While SIGLENT strives for accuracy, SIGLENT assumes no liability for information correctness. SIGLENT may modify website or product information without notice.

2. All content is provided “as-is”, and SIGLENT makes no warranties, promises, or representations.
