SIGLENT SSA3000X-R real-time spectrum analyzers are powerful and flexible tools for complex RF signal monitoring and analysis. With a capability of 40 MHz analysis bandwidth and 7.2 µs 100% POI, the SSA3000X-R spectrum analyzers can provide multi-dimensions data displays, advanced triggering, and RF data capturing, to solve modern RF spectrum challenges, like hopping frequency, conflict channel, spectrum interference, etc. They also provide a standard tracking generator for network analysis, optional wideband digital modulation analysis, and EMI pre-compliance test.

High-speed and stable real-time spectrum acquisition, analysis and display

The SSA3000X-R real-time spectrum analyzer can set the frequency template trigger function to seamlessly collect and analyze signals. It is perfect tool for observation and analysis of small, elusive and frequency hopping signals.

· Multiple display modes: Density, Spectrogram, PvT, 3D.
· Configurable frequency mask trigger function
· Optional transmission response, standing wave ratio measurement, signal power measurement and EMI pre-compatibility test.

Vector Network Analysis

The frequency range is from a minimum of 10 MHz to a maximum of 1.5 GHz:

· Vector network analysis, support simultaneous measurement of amplitude and phase response, and vector S11 and S21 parameters;
· 40 dB in single port direction, transmission dynamic range over 70 dB, support for port expansion and configurable speed factor;
· Display reflection/transmission coefficient, return/insertion loss, phase, group delay, standing wave ratio, Smith chart, polar circle chart, etc.
· DTF cable and antenna measurement, cable and antenna parameter measurement and analysis based on network analysis time domain measurement, can accurately locate cable faults, impedance analysis and other functions;
· Support 3.5 G range N-type OSL mechanical calibration;

SSA3000X-R is not only a RTSA, but a versatile instruments.

· RTSA mode: Analyze elusive signals in real-time.
· SA mode: Perform as a normal spectrum analyzer – reflection and advanced measurements.
· Modulation analysis: Up to 40 MHz (option) wideband modulation analysis.
· EMI Receiver Mode: Newly added EMI reicever Mode to perform EMI-pre compliance tests.

Abundant Measurement Function

SSA3000X-R has a variety of measurement modes to meet different test requirements:

· Spectrum analysis mode: minimum resolution bandwidth of 1 Hz and display average noise level as low as -165 dBm/Hz.
· Real-time spectrum mode: supports various display modes such as Density, 3D, Spectrogram and PvT, and observes complex transient signals in multiple dimensions.
· Modulation analysis mode: AM/FM, ASK/FSK/PSK/MSK/QAM measurement and analysis are supported.
· Reflected standing wave measurement: use external bridge to measure S11 voltage standing wave ratio and debug antenna port matching.
· EMI pre-compatibility test: logarithmic frequency axis and limit line are standard, and EMI filter and quasi-peak detector can be optional.
