Rugged Electronic Loads for Rigorous Testing

SIGLENT Technologies SDL1000X and SDL1000X-E programmable DC electronic loads are capable of precise current, voltage, and resistance control. Featuring a 3.5-inch TFT-LCD display with a user-friendly interface, these instruments are easy to operate with great stability. They are suitable for rigorous testing of, for example, power supplies, batteries, lab equipment, LED lighting, and automotive electronics.

Evolving Professional Features

01

Multiple Operating Modes

The electronic loads support four static/dynamic operating modes: CC, CV, CR, and CP. In dynamic mode, an electronic load can switch between two predefined parameter values (A and B) based on the user-defined rules to help engineers evaluate the dynamic characteristics of the device under test (DUT).
02

Automated Testing

SIGLENT Technologies electronic loads can be programmed to automatically execute multiple simulation tests. Users can create and store up to eight test files in electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), with each file containing 1 to 50 steps, to carry out short-circuit tests, battery tests, LED tests, and more.
02

External Analog Control

The voltage or current of an electronic load can be controlled through ports. A voltmeter or oscilloscope can be connected to monitor input current and voltage variations in real time.

Electronic Loads

The SDL1000X series electronic loads feature an impressive 150V/30A input range and up to 300 W power handling, and support adjustment of current slew rates and four static/dynamic operating modes: CC, CV, CP, and CR. In CC dynamic mode, Continuous, Pulse, and Toggle modes are available. With a readback resolution of 0.1 mV and 0.1 mA, they ensure precise and reliable test results.
