SDL1000X series high-performance programmable electronic loads are specially designed to meet the requirements of high-precision testing. Support DC
150 V/30 A, the maximum total power can reach 300 W/200 W, suitable for a variety of test scenarios. Its core features include adjustable current rising/falling rate as high as 0.001 A/μs~2.5 A/μs, ensuring accurate and fast testing. This series provides four static/dynamic modes (CC/CV/CP/CR), especially continuous, pulse and flip modes in CC dynamic mode, which provides strong support for dynamic testing.

Excellent Dynamic Characteristics, Can Simulate High-speed Current Changes

The dynamic test function allows the load to switch between the two set parameters according to the set rules, thereby testing the dynamic characteristics of the device under test. The SDL1000X can be set to a maximum frequency of 25 kHz in CC dynamic mode. The current probe can track current changes at high speed and analyze current waveforms. In CV mode, the voltage can be quickly and stably set to test the fast output capability of the power supply. If the instantaneous power exceeds the protection set value, it will enter the hiccup protection state.

Support 50-step Automatic Programming Test

The Program function can simulate multiple tests such as CC, CV, CR, CP, LED, etc. A total of 10 test files can be edited, and each test file supports up to 50 steps.

Support 100-step List Test

The List function supports load-built multi-step, timed, and test environments with different load states. By editing the step values, pulse widths, and slopes of a single step, the load can generate a variety of complex sequence combinations to meet different test needs.

CR-LED Test Function

Based on the traditional CR mode, the SDL1000X adds the turn-on voltage setting of the diode, which can simulate the working state of the real diode and measure the chopping current during the LED test.

Battery Test Function

The battery test function can effectively reflect the reliability and remaining life of the battery. The battery was subjected to a discharge test by setting termination conditions such as termination voltage, discharge capacity, and discharge time using CC, CP, and CR modes.
