Analog signal source

Higher precision pulse generator/clock source

Usually, automotive millimeter-wave radars and EW receivers are designed to work under extreme conditions, so in their functional and sensitivity tests, the test signal is required to have high repeatability, accurate amplitude and frequency, and the Pulse width needs to be small enough. In more complex tests, such as the coherent processing interval (CPI) of the receiver, range resolution, etc., the signal source needs to be able to output complex bursts.

SSG6000A comes standard with a high-precision clock source, and can be equipped with pulse modulation, pulse generator and pulse train generator. It can output pulses with a minimum width of 20ns and a resolution of 10ns, which can fully meet the test of automotive millimeter wave radar system.

Powerful ARB mode

With the rapid development of consumer electronics, engineers need to simulate multiple communication standards and protocol signals when verifying product performance. SSG5000X supports protocol file playback and has built-in commonly used protocol files. It can generate various communication protocol signals such as 5G NR, LTE, WLAN, WCDMA, GSM, and BLUETOOTH to help engineers complete the verification of general electronic devices and IoT devices.

In ARB mode, waveform sequence files can also be generated and played; Generating a multi-carrier signal; Add real-time AWGN (additive white Gaussian noise) to the modulated signal to meet the test of receiver measurement in various scenarios; Peak-shaving the signal and displaying the CCDF value; Use mark to mark the symbol of the waveform file and output the IQ _ event trigger signal to achieve waveform synchronization with another machine.

Power Meter Control Kit-Correct Line Loss

The longer the transmission line, the greater the loss. In order to ensure that the signal still has good flatness before reaching the device under test (DUT) through the transmission line, flatness correction is needed to compensate for the transmission loss caused by the transmission line and switch impedance. Transmission loss in RF system is related to frequency (frequency response). SSG5000X can cooperate with mainstream power meters to correct the flatness of multiple frequency points, which can easily correct line loss.

Analog source

The analog source models in the Dingyang RF signal generator series focus on providing stable and pure RF carrier signals and are suitable for basic RF test scenarios such as carrier testing and spectrum analysis. Its high purity phase noise and low distortion characteristics ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
