Thanks to its high speed, convenience, and scalability, USB ports have gradually replaced traditional serial and parallel ports since its introduction in 1995. USB ports are widely adopted in various peripheral devices and have earned strong consumer preference. While the wide adoption of USB devices has brought tremendous convenience, it also brings inevitable challenges such as connection compatibility issues, transmission interruptions, and file transfer errors. USB conformance testing is therefore essential, not only to comply with USB Implementers Forum (USB-IF) requirements but also to ensure interoperability and guarantee product quality and reliability for manufacturers integrating USB interfaces.
