SIGLENT TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. promises to repair or replace the parts of SIGLENT products free of charge if the product fails during the warranty period.
This warranty applies to SIGLENT products purchased from mainland China through regular channels, SIGLENT factory direct sales channels, authorized agent sales channels and authorized network sales channels, the user has the right to request the merchant to provide proof of SIGLENT authorization to ensure their own interests when purchasing SIGLENT products.

Standard Warranty Commitment

SIGLENT promises a three-year warranty on the main unit and a one-year warranty on modules, probes and batteries.The warranty start date of SIGLENT products is the date on the customer’s valid proof of purchase (tax invoice) by default. If you can’t provide the valid proof of purchase, then the product’s factory date will be postponed by 7 days (default shipping time) as the warranty start date.

The following conditions are not included in SIGLENT’s free repair coverage:

  1. Malfunction or damage to the instrument caused by incorrect installation or use in an operating environment other than that specified for the product;
  2. Appearance of the product is damaged (e.g. burns, crushing deformation, etc.);
  3. The product warranty seal is torn or shows signs of removal;
  4. Accidental damage caused by the use of a power supply or power adapter not approved by SIGLENT;
  5. Failure or damage caused by irresistible factors (e.g. earthquake, lightning strike, etc.);

*This Warranty Card replaces the previously issued version of the Warranty Card, and the terms of any other form of warranty shall be governed by the above warranty description, and SIGLENT shall have the right of final interpretation in matters of repair.
