SIGLENT’s active single-ended/differential probe has the characteristics of high bandwidth, low noise and high input impedance. It is powered by SAPBus interface without external power supply, and is suitable for high-speed signal, power supply integrity measurement and differential bus analysis.

High-Frequency Differential Active Probe

SIGLENT‘s active differential probe has the advantages of high bandwidth, low noise and high input impedance. In differential signal measurement, high input impedance can minimize the influence of the probe on the circuit under test and ensure the authenticity of signal measurement; Low noise performance helps to present the characteristics of differential signals more clearly. It has excellent common-mode rejection ability, can effectively suppress common-mode noise interference, accurately extract differential signals, and is widely used in the measurement of high-speed differential signals.

Single-Ended Active Probe
