ODP6000B series optical isolation voltage probes have a bandwidth of 500MHz and 1GHz, and adopt advanced optical fiber transmission technology. Through electrical-optical-electrical conversion, complete electrical isolation of signal input and output is realized, with ultra-high common mode rejection ratio. It can provide a reliable solution for the testing of high voltage floating ground signals, third generation semiconductor power devices and new energy inverters.

This ensures effective suppression of common-mode interference across both low and high frequencies. Additionally, these probes provide an isolation voltage rating as high as ±60 kV, enabling safe electrical isolation during floating high-voltage signal testing and protecting both engineers and test equipment from hazardous high-voltage circuits.
